If you submit any content to the Platform, including discussion posts, feedback, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.

Access to certain seminars, courses, or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be displayed clearly before purchase. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All payment transactions are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
